The 2009 NISOA Preseason Guide (pdf) and USSF/NISOA/NFHS Rules Comparative Study (pdf) are available for download.
What is the ETA on the the 2010 version of the Rules Comparative Study?
It was put into the hands of the NISOA office early this summer by me and should be mailed out with the 2010 NCAA Rule Books. I do not know when those are supposed to be mailed
