Dr. Todd K. Abraham of the Greater Chicago Chapter has been appointed as the Director of Instruction for the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (NISOA). NISOA announces that 10 full scholarships are available for underprivileged individuals to attend this year’s NISOA referee training camp at Elizabethtown College. The deadline for the 2010 NATIONAL REFEREE PROGRAM certification/re-certification for applicants, candidates and national referees is April 2, 2010.
