Rule 126.96.36.199 permits video review for “Determining whether a goal has been scored.”
Video review can be used to assist the referee with two aspects to determine: 1. Whether the whole of the ball crossed over the goal line; and 2. Whether the whole of the ball crossed over the goal line before the expiration of time at the end of a period.
