Ken Andres, NCAA Soccer Secretary – Rules Editor has published a clarification to NCAA Soccer Rule 12.7.4 on the NCAA Soccer Central Hub. The clarification provides detail on where ejected personnel may be relocated and the penalty for non-compliance.
